Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

At Jascha Stockholm, you always have an open purchase for 30 days (also applies to sale items) from the time the package arrives at the place of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, it must not be used, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not approved in our quality control. Remember to leave all notes in place when you return the unused item.

REFUND

Returns are free of charge. You will receive your refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 14 days from the time you return your item until the amount is refunded. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

USE OUR SHIPPING LABEL

Please use the shipping label that was attached to the package as we can easily follow your package until it arrives at our warehouse. In the unlikely event that the package disappears or is damaged, you will still receive your refund.

Jascha Stockholm is not responsible for packages sent with a shipping label other than the one attached by us. If the shipping label from us is lost in any way please contact our customer service support@jascha.se and we will send you a new one by email. 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Pack the item in its original packaging together with the return slip.

2. Close the package and stick the shipping label to the front.

3. If you need any help, please contact our costumer service support@jascha.se.

4. Drop of your package at one of our partners collection points. Always ask for a receipt with a tracking number, in case something should happen on the road.

5. If you want to exchange an item, just send back the old item and place a new order.

6. You will receive your refund once your item has reached our Warehouse. This can take up to 14 days.Thank you for understanding.

 

COMPLAINTS

Jascha Stockholm works to create high-quality clothes that last over time. We work with leading European fabric manufacturers and factories to ensure that we can deliver the best possible product, but sometimes it is not enough all the way. If you discover that your product is defective and you want to complain, please contact us at support@jascha.se

Jascha Stockholm complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint, on presentation of a valid proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) The right of complaint only covers original defects, ie production defects. The right of complaint does not apply in cases where we can not find any fault in the product or when you caused the damage yourself. Ordinary wear is thus not reimbursed.
